
With a continuous demand for digital marketing skills in the job market, Meta created a certification program to help entry level marketers learn about Meta solutions and stand out in their job search. The programme certified thousands and connected them to digital jobs, which also led companies to use Meta advertising more efficiently and effectively when they hired certified individuals. The programme became a prime way to drive product education at scale and teach learners the best practices of the platform at an early stage.

Meta Digital Marketing Associate Certification Learning Path
This certification was designed for entry-level marketers and job seekers and tests foundational competency in Meta's marketing tools (including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp). I led the creation of the 16 course online learning path that prepares learners to pass this exam. Since launch, the path has had 500,000+ enrollments, 10,000+ path completions, and a 4.85/5 avg. quality score.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervising ten instructional designers (internal and vendor) in developing the curriculum outline and content for 16 courses with 40+ lessons
Defining measurement plan, success KPIs, and cadence update plan
Managing stakeholder relationships including collecting content feedback and implementing necessary edits
Leading text and asset translation in 16 languages in partnership with translation team
Coursera/Meta Social Media Marketing Certification

Created in partnership with Coursera, this certification helps entry-level marketers gain the skills needed to start a career in Social Media Marketing. My role was to partner with our content development agency, Aptly, to create this content backed by Meta expertise. This certificate has had 350k+ enrolments and an avg. 4.8 rating with 12,000+ reviews. It was also awarded Coursera's 2021 Learner’s First Award for scoring the highest learner rating of all featured courses.
